Those relationships are the firm. They cannot be bought, automated, or scaled quickly, which is precisely why they hold their value.
We deliberately stay small. A boutique practice means every search is conducted personally by people who know the industry, rather than routed through a team of coordinators working from a script. It also means we take on a limited number of searches at once, and we turn down work that we are not the right firm for.
Being family-owned shapes how we operate. There is no quarterly placement target pushing us to force a match, and no incentive to move someone who should stay where they are. We're never afraid to tell someone to stay put if it's in their best interest.
We are not a staffing agency and we do not work on volume. We do not send unscreened resumes, and we do not measure our work in submissions.
